Overview:

The position of Administrator / Executive Director provides leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes. The Executive Director / Administrator has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center.

License & Certification:

  • Valid Indiana Health Care Facility license

Education, Training & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven Administrator experience in skilled nursing / LTC
  • Big building / CCRC experience a plus
  • Immediate availability
