Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing to lead and manage the clinical services function at a highly rated health center. As Director of Nursing, your leadership will drive overall quality clinical outcomes, customer service, employee relations, and retaining talented team members. You will be responsible to ensure that established clinical systems are implemented and maintained and strive to create a working environment wherein staff is supported and recognized for their efforts to provide quality care to our residents. Building positive relationships with both staff and residents is a must.

The ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator and a team motivator. Productive time management, excellent customer service, and a willingness to teach and learn is a must. A proactive approach is necessary in order to be successful in this role.
