Overview:
A fast-growing, multi-state healthcare organization is hiring a Director of Human Resources to build and scale an internal HR function, replacing an external consultancy. This is a high-impact leadership role partnering directly with the COO and executive team, owning multi-state compliance, employee relations, benefits, and HR strategy across a regulated environment.
Highlights:
- Bring HR fully in-house from external vendor
- Lead multi-state HR compliance and policy (5 states, up to 20)
- Manage and scale an HR team (3+ direct reports)
- Oversee benefits, employee relations, and performance management
- Build HR analytics, reporting, and workforce strategy
- Support a rapidly expanding, healthcare workforce
License & Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Education, Training & Experience:
- 7+ years senior HR leadership
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries
- Multi-state compliance expertise
- Proven success building or scaling HR functions
