• Regional and divisional clinical/operational support
• Assignments may range from several weeks to a couple of months
• Some assignments may involve facility stabilization or turnaround, while others focus on maintaining strong clinical operations until a permanent DON is identified
• $120,000–$140,000 Annual Base Salary

License & Certification:

• Valid, unencumbered, Pennsylvania or Multi-state RN license

Education, Training & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years DON experience in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting
• Experience with facility stabilization, turnaround, survey readiness, clinical leadership and/or multi-site support
• History of strong clinical leadership, staff development and survey outcomes
• Ability to lead effectively during periods of transition
• Confidently step into a new environment, quickly assess clinical needs, and establish trust with the nursing team
• Comfortable supporting multiple communities and adapting to changing operational needs
• Willing to travel and stay overnight as assignments require
