Edward has been in the skilled nursing industry since 2003 and has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2004. A vast majority of his career has been in the SNF market and Edward has exclusively been in the operational role as an Administrator his entire career. Additionally, Edward acquired his Certified Executive for Assisting Living in 2018 and has also practiced in the Assisted Living and Independent Living markets. He has operated multiple different facilities in a wide variety of markets throughout the state of Ohio. Edward currently resides in the Central Ohio area with his wife and 2 boys. When he is not working, he finds life balance by pursuing his favorite hobbies of driving his Shelby Mustang, playing his guitar collection, exercising, and listening to some of his favorite music. He remains a practicing Administrator in LTC and continues to aspire towards enhanced leadership and mentorship to further elevate the leaders of our industry.

Jessica has been employed in business development in the healthcare and senior living marketplace since 2004. With an educational background in Marketing and Gerontology she has spent her career in Home Health Care, Independent and Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. After many years as a Director of Admissions and Marketing and then becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Certified Executive for Assisted Living she grew into a better understanding of what leadership entailed in this field. After marketing and operating SNFs, Jessica moved into a Regional role in the Ohio Market in 2019. Here, she helps support various facility’s admissions/marketing plans, customer service standards, hospital and post-acute partnerships and overall operational goals of the organization. Jessica resides in Central Ohio and has been a “working mom” of 2 boys the majority of her LTC career. You can find her in her off hours spending time with her husband and kids, adding to her houseplant collection, exercising, cooking, or listening to a podcast. Connection, collaboration and helping other to tap into their potential inspires her to continue mentoring our LTC leaders for the future ahead.

Camille Jones brings over twenty years combined experience in the Long-Term Care industry, with positions of increasing nursing responsibilities as Director of Nursing, Regional Nurse Manager, and Consultant. Her experience includes leading teams to improve facility quality metrics to 5-star facilities and improve facility culture and staff morale. She has won awards for patient and staff management and prides herself in coaching others to reach their highest potential.

Ruth Parnell has devoted over 30 years to the long-term care industry.  Mrs. Parnell is the President of RAP Resources, Inc., a consulting company that focuses on facility compliance and quality improvement through best practices. She provides services to facilities, financial institutions and other entities interested in ensuring operational and regulatory compliance.

Mrs. Parnell began her career as a Nursing Home Administrator where she successfully led a bankrupt facility into a profitable institution within the first two years.  Mrs. Parnell has spent her career in varying capacities providing operational support and implementing the necessary infrastructure and operational policies necessary to manage facilities, while ensuring regulatory compliance, financial viability, and success.  She has furthered her career creating and ensuring regulatory compliance through compliance programs, monitoring of facility operations and best practices and performing “boots to the ground” services to bring poorly performing facilities into regulatory compliance.  Mrs. Parnell was part of the Nurse Leadership Project team in California, a three year grant program designed to reduce turnover in long term care through nurse leadership education.  She continues to provide leadership coaching on a one-to-one basis to professionals in the post-acute setting through a partnership with Tobin and Associates.

Mrs. Parnell is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Certified in Healthcare Compliance and MDS Assessments, and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She attributes her success to her hands-on approach to problem solving and empowering others to become successful while working within the constraints of the regulatory environment.
