Regional VP of Operations (LNHA) requirements:

Have a positive, ready-to-help, attitude every day
Supervises facility Administrators, Regional Director of Clinical Services and Regional Business Development
Hire, supervise and train Administrators
Set and establish goals and timetables
Assist Administrators in the preparation/analyses of the annual financial operating budget
Monitor monthly performance of facilities in relation to the budget and intervene as needed
Assist regional and corporate staff, i.e. clinical, accounting, marketing and human resources to ensure facilities receive appropriate support
Must ensure successful census development and revenue production

This RVPO position will cover NC facilities for a national provider that is well-established on the East Coast/Midwest, with an expanding portfolio
Forward-thinking, premier provider

No less than 3-5 years of proven LTC, multi-site operational (RDO/RVPO/LNHA) experience
A desire to foster operational development and growth within this fast-paced service line
