Regional Director of Operations (LNHA)
Overview:
Regional Director of Operations (LNHA) requirements:
- Have a positive, ready-to-help, attitude every day
- Supervises facility Administrators, Regional Director of Clinical Services and Regional Business Development
- Hire, supervise and train Administrators
- Set and establish goals and timetables
- Assist Administrators in the preparation/analyses of the annual financial operating budget
- Monitor monthly performance of facilities in relation to the budget and intervene as needed
- Assist regional and corporate staff, i.e. clinical, accounting, marketing and human resources to ensure facilities receive appropriate support
- Must ensure successful census development and revenue production

License & Certification:
- Must be a LNHA with a valid and active Ohio license
Education, Training & Experience:
- No less than 3-5 years of proven LTC, multi-site operational RDO experience
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular on-site facility visits
