We’re exclusively partnering with Saber Healthcare Group to support hiring two Talent Acquisition Specialists to join their team in Beachwood, Ohio. This is a Monday–Friday position offering hourly pay with bonus potential, designed for professionals seeking both stability and performance-based upside. The role is structured as a 40-hour workweek with flexible start times between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., providing consistency with some schedule autonomy. These specialists will support recruitment efforts across five states—Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Virginia, and North Carolina—with no travel expectations. Saber is seeking confident, experienced recruiters who can independently manage requisitions, proactively source candidates, and identify top talent to meet the organization’s workforce needs.
