Overview:
The Regional Nurse provides clinical oversight and operational support to multiple Skilled Nursing and Senior Living campuses within an assigned region. This leadership role partners closely with campus Administrators and Directors of Nursing to support quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, staff development, survey readiness, and overall clinical performance.
Responsibilities include monitoring clinical systems and processes, mentoring nursing leadership teams, assisting with staffing and retention strategies, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company standards.
Ideal candidates will offer strong multi-site Long-Term Care leadership experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to supporting campus operations and driving clinical excellence.
Highlights:
- Hands-on Regional Nurse to support 4 senior living campuses throughout NE Ohio
- Base Salary $130-$140,000 annually
- Benefit eligibility on the first of the month after 60 days of employment
License & Certification:
- Valid, unencumbered Ohio RN License
Education, Training & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Regional Nurse
