Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Unit Manager for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Warren, OH. As the Unit Manager you would be responsible to work alongside the LNHA and with the DON/ADON to maintain the standards of care in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures and ensure that all federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations are met or exceeded.
Highlights:
- Hourly wage for seasoned RNs starting at $44-$46 an hour ($91,520-$95,680 annually)
- Hourly wage for seasoned LPNs starting at $38-$40 an hour ($79,040-$83,200 annually)

- Partnering with external Nursing Consultant to offer all team members additional support in promoting and enhancing professional development, in order to ensure and elevate the delivery of exceptional quality care.

License & Certification:
- Valid, unencumbered, Ohio RN license, or multi-state license
Education, Training & Experience:
- No less than 2 years of current/previous Unit Manager (Supervisor, and/or preferably ADON) experience
