Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing to lead and manage the clinical services function at a highly rated health center. As Director of Nursing, your leadership will drive overall quality clinical outcomes, customer service, employee relations, and retaining talented team members. You will be responsible to ensure that established clinical systems are implemented and maintained and strive to create a working environment wherein staff is supported and recognized for their efforts to provide quality care to our residents. Building positive relationships with both staff and residents is a must.
The ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator and a team motivator. Productive time management, excellent customer service, and a willingness to teach and learn is a must. A proactive approach is necessary in order to be successful in this role.
Highlights:
- Base salary starting at $115,000-$120,000 (plus, depending on experience)

- Recently renovated Skilled Nursing Facility with additional physical plant updates continuing, including expanding the Therapy Gym.
- No agency usage, and fully staffed at night.
License & Certification:
- Valid and unencumbered Ohio RN license or multi-state RN license
Education, Training & Experience:
- Preferring no less than 2-5 years of current/previous Long Term Care DON experience or a seasoned ADON who is ready to take that next step under a dynamic NHA, with previous DON expertise.
- An ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the NHA to increase census in the Memory Care Unit, while continuing to grow and nurture positive working relationships with tenured staff.
