Overview:

The position of RN Evening Supervisor provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Floor Nurses and Nursing Assistants. They are knowledgeable in general nursing theory and practice. The RN Supervisor is a member of a cooperative nursing team providing care that respects the dignity. They take direction from and assists the Director of Nursing in managing and motivating staff in learning and performing safe, caring practices while adhering to facility policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations.

License & Certification:

  • Valid Ohio RN license

Education, Training & Experience:

  • Strong clinical skills, current/recent LTC Supervisory experience (no less than 1-2 years).
  • A great attitude, and the ability to multitask, while working with a variety of people.
  • Dependability and reliability are key to this position, while my Client is adding positions and growing the Team!
